We’ve just completed our biggest modular project to date!

Polcom Modular have finished the installation for Citizen M Bowery in NYC. Our modules span the 4th – 18th floors. There are 14 modules per floor, that’s a total of 210 modules installed by the Polcom team; and with 20 bedrooms per floor, that’s a massive 300 beds in total! As well as the bedroom modules, we also installed the modular staircase for the full 15 storey modular portion of the building.
