About the project
Polcom Modular have finished the installation for Marriott Courtyard Luton Airport. Our modules span the 4th – 18th floors. There are 14 modules per floor, that’s a total of 210 modules installed by the Polcom team; and with 20 bedrooms per floor, that’s a massive 300 beds in total! As well as the bedroom modules, we also installed the modular staircase for the full 15 storey modular portion of the building
Modular units may be designed to fit in with external aesthetics of any existing building and modular units, once assembled, are virtually indistinguishable from their site-built counterparts.
